Open space
New technologies, robotization and automation increase the demand for large operational spaces, in which it is easy to optimize the positioning of production lines or logistics structures. We constructed an industrial building with a 60-metre open span, using 3.50 m high trusses.
The total covered area, including the cantilever roof, is 5,400 square metres. There is a double-pitch roof covered with sandwich panels, also used for the perimeter infill walls with “corten-effect” colour. Lighting is provided by a central skylight and perimeter strip windows.
